Outcome

During my 12-month tenure as a consultant, I successfully implemented a series of initiatives. These initiatives, which included strategic recommendations for simplifying the brand's positioning and messaging, significantly impacted the brand's perception

While the initial goal of securing a seed round was not achieved during my tenure in 20/21, the brand's resilience and the strategic changes implemented led to a successful Series A closure in September 2023, marking a significant milestone in the brand's journey.
